Cancellation Policy

I’d love to see you in the clinic and hope you can make your appointment — but I understand that sometimes, things happen.

As a small, self-employed business, late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows have a real impact. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, the time slot could have been offered to another client in need, and it also means a potential loss of income. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and I recognise that every situation is unique.

• More than 24 hours’ notice prior to app: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• Within the same day cancellations or no-show: Full treatment cost will be charged.

Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being refused.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure that all clients receive their full, scheduled treatment time, appointments will end at the originally scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Clients who arrive late will be charged for the full session and no time extension will be provided unless the appointment is extendedable with which an extra fee may be incurred.

Client Conduct

Move Free Sports Massage maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of inappropriate behaviour or solicitation. Only professional massage services are provided.

Your session will be immediately terminated if any inappropriate conduct occurs, including:

• Harassment or threatening behaviour
• Sexual advances, requests, or comments
• Disrespectful actions or language
• Attending a session under the influence of drugs or alcohol

If a session is terminated for any of these reasons, the full cost of the appointment will still be charged.

Age Requirements

The minimum age for treatments at Move Free Sports Massage is 16 years old. Clients aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
